| a) | You may order products from the Website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure. | ||||
| b) | We will confirm your order by automatic e-mail to the address you have given. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, acceptance takes place upon dispatch of the order, at which point a contract between us is made. | ||||
| 6. | Price and Payment | ||||
| a) | The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Website at the time we acknowledge your order. The prices are quoted in pounds sterling. The price will include any applicable value added tax at the current UK rate, but not the cost of delivery. | ||||
| b) | In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Website at the time we accept your order - unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the country of the delivery address you specify in your order. | ||||
| c) | Payment is made by credit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed in the Website at the time you place your order). Sales by credit card will be charged by your credit card provider in your local billing currency. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your credit card. Refunds will not include the price of shipping. | ||||
| d) | You are responsible for any duties and or taxes that the destination country may levy at the point of entry of the goods. | ||||
| 7. | Delivery | ||||
| a) | We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure. If you have special requirements, please contact us as soon as possible. Special delivery requirements may incur an additional cost, which will be quoted upon request. Subject to availability, we aim to dispatch all goods within 7 working days of your order being received. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. If there are any delays in dispatching your order, we will contact you to advise you about the situation and advise you of a new dispatch date. |

| b) | If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges. | ||||
| c) | If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this. | ||||
| d) | Should the goods become damaged or lost in transit, then please advise us. We will try to either replace or locate the goods as soon as possible. We will never knowingly send out goods that are faulty or damaged prior to packing. | ||||
| e) | If the goods arrive and the packaging appears to be badly damaged then please make some form of documentation on the delivery note, even before opening the packaging. If possible, try to open the damaged packaging in the presence of the carrier. If you are unable to, then sign for the goods as "Damaged package, uninspected goods", so that in the event of a claim against the carrier, both parties are aware where the responsibility lies. Please contact us in the event of any damage so that we can make arrangements to collect and replace the goods as soon as possible. |

| a) | The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us, so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties. | ||||
| b) | Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. | ||||
| 9. | Privacy Policy | ||||
| a) | Your payment will be processed by Stripe or a similar payment gateway. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure servers. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party unless required by law. | ||||
| b) | If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we may send you offers from our store, news and other updates that we feel may be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by contacting us or clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our newsletters. Your email address will never be passed on to any other third party unless we are requested to do so by local law enforcement agencies. | ||||

| 10. | Returns & Refunds | ||||
| a) | We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 7 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition in which they were received. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. | ||||
| b) | The cost of the goods will then be refunded but there will be no refund for postage and packing costs. | ||||
| c) | You must contact us before returning any goods. | ||||
