I was fortunate to be interviewed for this exciting art project – Teesside rising – in the summer of 2020 (during one of the many lockdowns due to Covid-19). The interview has been released on YouTube. I talked about how I started to paint as an adult and what it means to me.

I wasn’t alone in this project, another 229 people involved in the creative arts across Teesside and the Tees area took part. Teesside Rising was funded by Arts Council England.
